After the charging dpt the batteries must be finished and checked before to be placed onto the market. Complete finishing lines can be produced following the plant' requests, or only singles machines to be placed on existing lines.
All these machines are adapted to the specific requirements to be able to give the best result in productivity, performances, fastness and simpleness on the size change tuning. It is possible to process both automotive and truck.
The finishing line would be sized complete or it is possible to forecast the inserting of some units on the future with the only forethought to leave some space free. If required after the Final Quality Control a paletizator will be installed.
Finishing line, is now also available on the new size and model with the junction of some machines on the same frame.

Generally finishing line can be considered composed by the following equipments: (Indexing units are installed in each station):

Single acid process:
- acid level control machine
- plug screwing machine
- washing drying tunnel
- compact machine to 4 or 5 functions

Two shot - Double acid to add
- dumping machine
- filling - levelling machine
