Stacker

The automatic stackinig machine has the purpose to assemble the positive plates, negative plates, half negative plates and separators to create the group to send to C.O.S machine. The dimension and the model of the group are selected by the operator interface panel. For the change of the dimensions of the groups some simple regulations are necessary (foreseen time for the change near to 10 minutes).

The stacker is configured in the following way:

(STANDARD VERSION - OTHER AVAILABLE)
N° 4 groups for plate processing (positive-negative-half negative).
N° 3 separator stores
N° 1 chain transport
complete with lifting for pack composition.
Rotation system to 90° for exit pack.
General electrical panel.
Protection and aspiration hood.
Optional: double processing on half negative plate.
Optional: conveyor for scraps collecting
N° 4 groups for plate processing: the group is composed from a small motorized roll  conveyor with frictioned rolls, on which the operator leans the pile of plates. It is possible to deposit up to 50 plates for store. The machine is able to move, count and stack the plates on the “recipe’s” configuration settled. During this the plate is tooled: lug shearing and brushing ect.
The station is complete of pneumatic-mechanic system, electrically adjustable, that guarantees the position of the plates under the working units.
N° 3 separator stores: the group has a ‘step to step’ chain transport on which the operator positions the pile of separators in the suitable way. The station is complete of a system ‘pick and place’ that takes, through of the special suckers, one separator at a time and deposits it on the plate positioned on the principal transport.
