FEEDING CONVEYORS WITH INDEXING UNIT

A conveyor is necessary to feed the tanks. The conveyors are in different sizes, models and width, so to assure the complete length. They are in stainless steel frame with guidelines and wire for the safety stop -emergency-.

BATCH PREPARATION UNIT + INLET TROLLEY

The loading trolley has the purpose of loading the batteries arriving from loading trolleys into formation tanks. It has a mainframe made of stainless steel AISI 316L tubulars that embraces the battery transport conveyor. Trolley runs along special rails placed on the conveyors.

The tank is selected by the operator on the pc management & software. The job of the preparation unit and inserting is absolutely mandatory, in order to have a perfect disposition between batteries (there should be a small constant space to let the water flow)

WATER BATHS MOD. WT X-A

A certain nr of water baths is necessary to obtain a good performance on the plant. All the tanks are under control on the operative box, following the instruction given from the plant manager. All process is recorded on the PC hard disk. All water baths dimensions will be tailored according to the plant necessity and moving batteries; let a space between the lines so the water can easily flow on the sides, reducing the temperature. On them, a pt100 placed inside a battery in each row checks the acid temperature in order to rise the cool water inlet, the flow and, if necessary, automatically stop rectifiers too.

UNLOADING TROLLEY WITH CONVEYOR

It automatically moves and unload the batteries at the exit of the formation tank and places them on the conveyor, then they go on to warehouse multilevel or to the finishing line.

AUTOMATIC WATER TANKS WT X-A

These charging containers are the best way to charge batteries. These water baths will be in plastic materials or in stainless steel. They are totally automatic, both on the introduction of batteries inside and on the unload to the finishing line, on the opening and closing of the service doors, and on the water filling/emptying.

These water containers are single self-operating units; they also have water temperature control inside, the full container mixing and between batteries, and the recirculation within the cooling and cleaning system. Once the water temperature has been set, it is self-maintained in order to reduce charging times. Each container is equipped with fume hoods with sliding windows and safety devices. Stainless steel frame, bath in stainless steel or plastic.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC WATER TANKS MOD. WT-SAPP

The water tanks can be tailored to the customer needs, relating to the existing chargers, space in the building, quantity of batteries to produce, the type of battery mix but most importantly the quantity of shifts and people that have to work in each shift.

Sometimes the budget to spend is what decides the final type and shape of charging container to install.

In addition, the speed of the finishing line sometime has a relevant influence on the choice.

All the containers need to be connected to a main pipe for water inlet and outlet, to the scrubbing system that, in our case, can work also like a cooling tower, and to the rectifiers.

It makes no sense to build a standing alone water bath, where chilling and fume neutralization are on the same place (called “standing alone” or all “built in”).

With this special engineered container, we are now on the highest level of quality/cost, so to compete on the market with all the necessary tools.

MANUAL WATER TANKS MOD. WT-MAN

Tanks can be fed automatically by a conveyor and emptied on the opposite side with another one.

The last possibility is to install a complete manual tank where the operator needs to display, connect and at the end disconnect and push the formed batteries onto an unloading conveyor.
